Develop a system that allows Inventa's clients to track sales performance and create optimized routes to drive sales growth.

Core experience

I worked closely with the customer and the business team to define a roadmap of features aligned with their operational needs within Inventa. Starting with a simple baseline, we iteratively refined the UX using user research, behavioral insights, and continuous stakeholder alignment.
